1. Service description
v0 Setup & Savings Assistance ("we", "us", or the "Service") provides independent, manual human assistance to help customers prepare their accounts, organize prompts, understand v0 workflows, and receive deployment guidance. We are not affiliated with v0 or Vercel.
2. What we do not sell
We do not sell v0 invites, credits, transferable quota, or guaranteed third-party rewards. We sell our time and expertise. Any reference to third-party platforms is informational only.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
4. Orders and delivery
Deliverables are sent by email within the handling time stated for each package. We may contact you for clarification before delivery.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, including bypassing third-party terms of service.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
