Terms of Service
These terms define the product sold by v0credits, how orders and delivery work, and the limits of the replacement commitment.

Product and independence
The product is one exclusive preconfigured v0 account with $200+ in starting credits, typically $205, sold for $80.00 USD. Complete access to the account email is included. It is a separate account with credits, not a top-up or balance transfer for an existing account.
After sale, we will never log in, use, recover, reclaim, or resell the account. v0credits is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by v0 or Vercel.

Orders and payment
The customer price is fixed at $80.00 USD. Merchant processing fees are borne by the seller and no additional service fee is added to the customer price. An order is created before payment and remains subject to payment confirmation and available inventory.
Crypto transfers are final once sent on the selected network. Underpayment, overpayment, wrong-token or wrong-network transfers, and late payments may require manual review.
A confirmed order may remain paid waiting for stock. It stays recorded and is resolved through fulfillment or the applicable refund path.
Private delivery
After confirmed payment and reservation of eligible stock, delivery is automatic through the bearer-protected private order page. Credentials are not placed on a public page or in an ordinary email body.
The buyer must save the private order link and protect its access token. Delivery is complete when the account payload first becomes available in that order.
Account and third-party policies
Password and email change eligibility are controlled by v0 policy and the state of the delivered account. v0 controls usage rules, restrictions, bans, plan changes, and continued availability.
Payment, email, Telegram, blockchain, and hosting providers apply their own terms and technical rules. v0credits cannot override those third-party policies.
Replacement and refund boundaries
The 24-hour replacement window begins at first automatic delivery. Covered defects are initial login failure, initial balance below $200, and wrong delivery payload.
If the buyer has deleted the stored delivery payload, the claim cannot be verified. Usage after successful login, credential disclosure, and v0 restrictions or bans are outside the replacement scope. Refunds are limited to the separate Refund and Replacement Policy.
- Report a covered issue from the private order before the deadline.
- Do not send passwords or private tokens to support.
- Keep the payload until the claim is resolved.
Student membership activation
The $20 student product is a one-time activation service for customers who already have eligible student status at a school currently supported by v0. Under current v0 policy, the benefit may include $20 in credits each month for 12 months.
v0 controls verification, monthly credits, duration, continued benefits, and supported schools. v0credits does not collect student identity documents or school passwords, does not bypass eligibility requirements, and does not promise approval or continued eligibility.
Automatic private delivery may contain a one-time activation link, code, or text. The customer remains responsible for satisfying v0's current eligibility and verification requirements.
